Are you an animal advocacy organization in need of creative services? We might be able to help!

Our services are in high demand, and each year we receive more requests than we can accommodate. While we can’t take on every project, we’re committed to helping as many groups as possible. If we’re unable to work with you directly, we’ll do our best to connect you with trusted creatives in our network or offer consultation to help set you on the right path.

If you need urgent support outside of this process, you can contact us and we’ll do our best to provide advice and/or refer you to someone in our network.

Applications will open again from Aug 15–Sept 7 for work to be completed in Q4 (Oct–Dec). Mark your calendar, or sign up for our newsletter to be notified when applications open!

How it Works

  1. Apply within the one-month window. Our applications open four times per year.

  2. We review all applications and determine which requests we can take on for the following quarter, based on our bandwidth and priorities.

  3. If needed, we reach out to you for an introductory call to discuss more details.

  4. We notify you whether you’ve been accepted or not. Note that if we can’t take on your request at this time, we’ll do our best to support you with finding alternative means of support (our referral list, etc.).

  5. If you’re accepted, you prepare all materials needed (secondary forms, final text, etc.) for the work to be completed during the work period.

  6. The work begins! We collaborate with you during the quarter the work is scheduled. Note: We require strong responsiveness during this period, to ensure we can meet your (and our!) deadlines.

  7. When the work is complete, we provide all final files, answer any questions, and offer guidance on how to use the designs provided.

Application FAQs

  • If you meet these requirements, you are eligible to apply:

    • You are not for profit (Note: If your official nonprofit status isn’t yet finalized, that’s alright.)

    • Animals are at the core of your mission

  • Yes! This application system is new for 2025 to help both you and our design team! In previous years, we received an incredibly high number of requests for creative services. This process allows us to better schedule our creative support, making collaboration more efficient, and giving everyone a chance to apply.

  • No, we only offer free services, and we don’t plan to offer paid services at this time. As a fully nonprofit organization, our mission is to provide the highest-quality services at no cost, ensuring they're accessible for organizations of all sizes.
    If you need a freelance designer or otherwise are unable to get free services from us, you can always reach out to someone in our network. We can also connect you 1:1 with a freelancer in our network who we believe would be a great fit. Just ask!

  • Our free services are in high demand, and with our limited bandwidth, we can’t accept all applications. That doesn’t mean your work isn’t worthwhile, or that we wouldn’t love to help you! Please know that:

    1. If we can’t help you, we will try to connect you with someone in our network who can.

    2. You can always reapply during future application windows. Subscribe to our newsletter below to be notified when our applications open!

    3. You can always email us with questions and we can help with limited advisory outside of our official services.

  • We will open applications for 3 weeks, starting 1.5 months before the quarter where the work would be scheduled.

    2026 application windows:

    • Q1 (Jan–Mar): Nov 15–Dec 7 2025

    • Q2 (Apr–June) work: Feb 15–Mar 7

    • Q3 (July–Sept) work: May 15–Jun 6

    • Q4 (Oct–Dec) work: Aug 15–Sept 7
